Appointment setting

Booked, confirmed, and still there on the day.

Appointments go straight onto your calendar against the rules you set — travel time, service area, who does what work. Then we confirm them, because a booking nobody confirmed is only a guess about next Tuesday.

Your rules, applied the same way every time

A booking made without knowing your constraints is worse than no booking, because somebody has to unpick it. We set the constraints up front and then we work inside them.

Geography and drive time

Two jobs forty minutes apart booked back to back is a day that falls apart by eleven. We book with travel built in, and we group jobs by area where the calendar allows it.

Who can do what

If only two of your people hold the licence for a particular job, that job only ever lands in their calendar. You tell us once and it stops being something you have to check.

Job length by type

An estimate is not a service call and a service call is not an install. Each type gets the block of time it actually needs rather than a default hour that suits nobody.

What to protect

Emergency capacity, the Friday afternoon you keep clear, the hours nobody is allowed to book into. If it should stay empty, we leave it empty.

The confirmation is half the value

A no-show costs you the slot, the drive and the wage. Most of them are not people changing their minds; they are people who forgot, or who never quite committed in the first place.

Confirmed when booked

The date is read back and agreed out loud on the call, and a written confirmation goes out the same day with the time, the address and who is coming.

Reminded before the day

A reminder close enough to the appointment to be useful, with a straightforward way to move it. A rescheduled job is worth vastly more than a wasted one.

Rebooked when it slips

If somebody cancels, we try to fill the gap from whoever is waiting rather than leaving a hole in an otherwise full day.

Find out what your unanswered calls are worth

Fifteen minutes. Bring your call volume and your average job value and we will work through the arithmetic with you. If the numbers do not justify hiring us, we will tell you that on the call.
