Inbound and overflow

Somebody picks up. Every time.

Your main line, your overflow, or only the hours you are closed. Callers reach a person in Connecticut who knows your pricing, your service area and what you turn down — and every call is written up where you already work.

Three ways people use this

You do not have to hand over the whole phone line to get the benefit. Most companies start narrow and widen it once they have listened to a few recordings.

Overflow only

Your team gets first refusal. Calls roll to us after a set number of rings, or when everyone is already on a line. Nothing changes for the customers you were already reaching, and the ones you were dropping now get answered.

This is where we suggest most people start. It is the lowest risk version and it shows you the size of the problem within a fortnight.

After hours and weekends

The line switches to us when you close and switches back when you open. Emergencies get escalated to whoever is on call by whatever method you choose. Everything else gets taken properly and is waiting for you in the morning.

For a lot of trades this is where the expensive work lives, because that is when the homeowner is standing in the flooded basement.

Full line

We are the front door. Every call comes to us first, gets qualified, and only reaches your team when it needs to. Your people stop being interrupted twenty times a day by calls that were never for them.

This one takes the most setup, because we have to know your business well enough to speak for it. Usually a fortnight rather than an afternoon.

What happens on the call

One

Answered in your name

The greeting is yours, agreed with you in writing before we take a single call. The caller has no reason to think they have reached anywhere other than your office.

Two

Qualified against your rules

Are they inside your service area. Is this work you take. Is it urgent. You write those rules once and we apply them the same way on every call.

Three

Booked or routed

If it can be booked, we book it while they are still on the phone. If it needs one of your people, it gets transferred or escalated the way you told us to handle it.

Four

Written up properly

Name, number, what they wanted, what we told them, what happens next. In your CRM, not in a spreadsheet we email you on Fridays.

Find out what your unanswered calls are worth

Fifteen minutes. Bring your call volume and your average job value and we will work through the arithmetic with you. If the numbers do not justify hiring us, we will tell you that on the call.
