We qualify first and hand over warm, with context, to somebody who is expecting the call. You set the bar for what counts as qualified, and we do not move it to make our numbers look better.
Plenty of vendors call it a warm transfer when what they mean is that they dialled your number and walked away. Here is the version we run.
One
Against criteria you wrote down. Not interest, not politeness — the specific things that make somebody worth your closer's time.
Two
The prospect is told who they are about to speak to and why, and agrees to it. Nobody gets ambushed, which is most of why these transfers convert.
Three
Off the line, in a sentence or two, before the connection is made. Your person starts the conversation already knowing what it is about.
Four
If your closer is not free, we do not dump the call. We book a specific time instead, and the prospect leaves with an appointment rather than a bad impression.
Following up people who already raised a hand. Reactivating old enquiries and past customers. Confirming and rebooking. Calling a list you own, where there is a real reason for the call and a real offer behind it.
Calling lists you cannot show us the provenance of, anything that ignores do-not-call obligations, and any script that depends on the person on the other end being confused about who they are speaking to. It is bad business and it lands on our number as well as yours.
Fifteen minutes. Bring your call volume and your average job value and we will work through the arithmetic with you. If the numbers do not justify hiring us, we will tell you that on the call.
