Pricing

We quote after we understand your call volume, not before.

There is no price list on this page because a number without your volume attached to it is meaningless — it either scares off a business we could help or undersells one we cannot. What we can do is be completely straight about how the models work, so you know what you are being quoted and why.

Three ways we bill, and who each one suits

Per call

You pay for calls we actually handle, usually with a minimum duration so that wrong numbers and hang-ups are not billable. Thirty seconds is a common threshold.

Suits businesses with uneven volume, or anyone who wants their cost to fall in a quiet month rather than sit there regardless. It is the easiest model to sanity-check against your own phone records.

Per hour of coverage

You buy defined hours — evenings, weekends, lunch cover, or full days — and we staff them whatever the volume turns out to be.

Suits steady, predictable volume, and anyone who wants a fixed line on the P&L. It is usually the cheaper model once volume is high enough, which is a conversation we will have with you rather than wait for you to work out.

Per appointment or transfer

You pay for outcomes: a booked appointment that meets your criteria, or a qualified live transfer your closer accepted.

It is the model buyers ask for most and it needs the most care, because the criteria have to be watertight before anybody starts counting. We will not agree to it until we both know exactly what qualifies.

What moves the number

So you can work out roughly where you will land before we ever speak.

How much the agent has to know

Taking a message is cheap. Quoting from your price book, checking a technician's calendar and handling an objection is not. Most of what you pay for is training and retention, not minutes.

When the calls land

Weekday daytime is the cheapest coverage there is. Nights, weekends and holidays cost more because staffing them costs more. We would rather charge you honestly for those hours than pretend they are free and cover them badly.

Volume, in both directions

More volume brings the unit cost down. Very low volume can make us the wrong answer entirely, and if that is where you are we will tell you to fix your voicemail and call us in a year.

Bilingual coverage

Genuinely bilingual agents are harder to hire and worth keeping, so it is not free. In markets with a real Spanish-speaking share it usually pays for itself several times over, which is the only reason to buy it.

Find out what your unanswered calls are worth

Fifteen minutes. Bring your call volume and your average job value and we will work through the arithmetic with you. If the numbers do not justify hiring us, we will tell you that on the call.
